1. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of our in-person property services, completed work is generally non-refundable. This includes repairs, maintenance, rental turnovers, inspections, and emergency service calls.
2. Deposits and Prepaid Services
Deposits made to secure service appointments are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Prepaid services may be refunded on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of work and cancellation notice.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee or forfeit the deposit.
4. Service Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 3 business days of completion. We will review the concern and may offer a partial refund, reservice, or credit toward future work, depending on the situation.
5. No Refunds for Third-Party Interference
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or service issues caused by third-party vendors, property access restrictions, or pre-existing conditions.
